China State Construction Engineering (SHA:601668) signed new contracts worth 4.503 trillion yuan in 2024, up 4.1% from the previous year.
The projects include construction works, with the amount rising 5.4% year on year to 4.081 trillion yuan, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The construction company's real estate business generated contract sales of 421.9 billion yuan, down 6.5% from a year earlier. Contracted sales area fell 21% to 14.6 million square meters.
Shares of the company were down more than 1% in recent trade.
