Pharming Group (PHAR) said Tuesday its board has nominated Fabrice Chouraqui as chief executive officer for a term of four years, succeeding Sijmen de Vries.
De Vries will remain as a strategic advisor until Dec. 31.
Chouraqui was recently a CEO-Partner at Flagship Pioneering.
