Chinese authorities are investigating former Baoshan Iron & Steel (SHA:600019) Deputy General Manager Hu Hong, Yicai Global reported Monday, citing an insider.
The reason for the probe on Hu is still unclear, the report said.
Hu resigned for personal reasons, Baosteel said Friday in a filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
