China Merchants Bank's (SHA:600036, HKG:3968) Kunming branch received a fine of 2.6 million yuan from the Yunnan Financial Regulatory Bureau for several violations, The Paper reported.

These include inaccurate supervision data, illegal fee collection, poor loan and guarantee management, improper accounting in interbank investments, and inadequate risk management in wealth management, according to the report.
