BUZZ-Petmed falls on wider-than-expected quarterly loss

** Shares of online pet products retailer Petmed Express PETS.O fell as much as 23.1% to an over three-month low of $4.05; last down 14.9% in afternoon trade

** Stock has its worst day since October 2023, if losses hold

** Co posted late on Monday a Q3 loss of 3 cents per share, compared to analyst's estimate of 1 cent per share, per data compiled by LSEG

** It also posted Q3 revenue of $53 million, missing analysts' estimate of $59.6 million

** PETS is a provider in the consumer pet healthcare sector

** In the last 12 months, PETS has fallen 11.06%
