** Shares of Charter Hall Social Infrastructure REIT CQE.AX rise 7.6% to A$2.780, their highest since October 24, 2024

** Real estate investment trust swings to a profit of A$31 million ($19.43 million) in 1H 2025, from loss of A$10.9 million last year

** Increases FY25 distribution guidance to 15.2 Australian cents per unit, from 15.0 cents apiece

** Stock among top gainers in the benchmark index .AXJO

** Stock gained 8.2% YTD, including session's moves
