Beijing HyperStrong Technology, EVE Energy's Unit Sign Cooperation Deal; HyperStrong, EVE Energy's Shares Down 4%

Beijing HyperStrong Technology (SHA:688411) signed a cooperation agreement with Chinese battery maker EVE Energy's (SHE:300014) unit, Hubei Yiwei Power, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange filing on Feb. 7.

Under the deal, up to 50 gigawatt hours of batteries between 2025 and 2027 will be purchased, the Chinese energy storage system integrator and system service provider said.

Both parties will cooperate in exploring overseas markets, the filing said.

HyperStrong's and EVE Energy's shares fell around 4% in recent trade.
