Digital Ally (DGLY) closed its public stock offering Friday, raising $15 million in gross proceeds.
The company offered 100 million common units or pre-funded units at $0.15 per unit and $0.149 per pre-funded unit. Each unit consists of one common share or pre-funded warrant, one series A warrant to buy one share at $0.1875 per share, and one series B warrant to buy one share at $0.30 exercise price.
The company's shares were down more than 15% in recent trading.
