Dominari (DOMH) said Tuesday it was partnering with Donald Trump Jr. and his brother Eric Trump along with other industry professionals to create American Data Centers, a new independent company that will address demand for high-performance computing infrastructure supporting artificial intelligence applications.
Dominari holds a 32% equity interest in American Data Centers. Ownership stakes of the other partners were not disclosed.
The wealth management and investment banking company also said its board approved a special cash dividend of $0.32 per share, payable March 3 to Dominari shareholders of record on Feb. 24.
Dominari shares were sinking 17% in early trading.
