Founder Securities' (SHA:601901) subsidiary, Founder Securities Underwriting and Sponsoring, sold properties for 730 million yuan, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange filing on Tuesday.
The assets, which included 101 houses and a conference center, are located in Zhengzhou Yuda International Trade Center in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, China.
The properties were sold to Zhengzhou Karakum Technology Industrial Development, the financial services provider said.
