CECEP Solar Energy Starts Photovoltaic Project for China Energy Conservation

CECEP Solar Energy (SHE:000591) started the construction of a 500,000-kilowatt photovoltaic project for low-carbon transformation for the 12th Division Industrial Park of China Energy Conservation, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange filing on Thursday.

The groundbreaking ceremony was held on Feb. 15.

The project is built and invested through the company's subsidiary, China Energy Conservation (Xinjiang) Solar Energy Technology.

The project's annual grid-connected electricity will be about 850 million kilowatt hours, the solar panel manufacturer said.
