1802 ET - WW International is entering 2025 with a starting revenue headwind of around $45 million, driven by lower subscribers by the end of 2024, CEO Tara Comonte says on a call with analysts. The weight management services company didn't disclose its guidance for the year. Overall, 2025 will be a year of significant reset for the company as it sets its focus on stabilization and recovery, Comonte says. However, its existing debt --which leads to around $100 million of annual interest payments, "is a significant ongoing burden company," especially in this period of "necessary speed an innovation," the executive says. The company plans to remove $100 million in run rate costs by the end of the year, Comonte says. Shares slip 1% to 79 cents in post-market trading. (sabela.ojea@wsj.com; @sabelaojeaguix)
