Yankershop Food (SHE:002847) plans to establish a subsidiary and production base in Thailand for nearly 220 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Tuesday.
The subsidiary, tentatively named Yanjin Food (Thailand), will have a registered capital of about 1.1 million yuan. It will build a factory that will manufacture konjac, potato chips and other food products, the Chinese food products manufacturer said.
