** HGV sells timeshares, or vacation ownership interests (VOIs) - a model where multiple owners have exclusive use of a property for a period of time

** Q4 adj. EPS of 49 cents vs estimate of 72 cents

** Co says Q4 profit was affected by a $49 mln net deferral of revenues and direct expenses related to the sales of VOIs under construction that are recognized when construction is complete

** In 2024, stock had fallen 3.1%
