Douglas Dynamics has named Mark Van Genderen president and chief executive of the maker of work-truck attachments and equipment.
Douglas Dynamics on Monday said Van Genderen, who joined the Milwaukee, Wis., company in 2020 and has been chief operating officer since September 2024, has also joined the board.
James Janik, who stepped in as interim president and CEO last year after Robert McCormick retired, will return to his former role as chairman, the company said.
Douglas Dynamics said Van Genderen, 56 years old, will now receive an annual base salary of $700,000 and an annual bonus with a target of 100% of his base pay.
