Brookfield Wealth Solutions (BNT) said late Tuesday that it had more than $16 billion in group capital at the end of last year across its regulated insurance subsidiaries and holding companies.
Brookfield said the company's life and annuity companies have A financial strength ratings, while its life and annuity holding company has investment grade ratings.
Shares of the company were up 3% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
