Dongrui Food Group's (SHE:001201) revenue from pig sales in February climbed year on year to 158 million yuan from 79 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Saturday.
The Chinese meat processor sold 100,900 pigs for an average of 15.86 yuan per kilogram, compared to 45,800 pigs sold for an average of 16.03 yuan per kilogram.
For the first two months, the company earned 297 million yuan after selling 192,200 pigs.
The company's shares rose more than 1% in recent trade.
