Zynex Says Tricare Payment Pause Could Last 12 Months -- Market Talk

Dow Jones03-11

1902 ET - Health insurer Tricare's temporary suspension of payments to Zynex could last as long as a year, Chief Financial Officer Anna Lucsok told investors during an earnings call Tuesday. Tricare makes up about a quarter of Zynex's revenue, and the pause caused it to lower revenue guidance for the year. Zynex said it is unclear what specifically triggered Tricare's pause. Zynex is still in Tricare's network and if Tricare starts paying again, it would be responsible for paying all claims that it has processed during its halt, Lucsok said. Zynex shares fall 19%, to $5.65, after market close. (katherine.hamilton@wsj.com)
