The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEX) added the Stock Exchange of Thailand as a recognized stock exchange, according to a Monday news release by the Hong Kong bourse.
The addition of the Thailand bourse will allow companies primarily listed in Bangkok to seek a secondary listing in Hong Kong, the report said.
The Thailand exchange is Hong Kong's 20th recognized exchange across 18 countries, HKEX (HKG:0388) said.
