Hainan Haiqi Transportation Group (SHA:603069) subsidiary Haiqi Equipment filed a lawsuit at the Yuexiu District Court against Guangdong Guangye Petroleum and Natural Gas and Guangdong Guangye Investment Group over an 83-million-yuan contract dispute.
The case is related to unfulfilled diesel deliveries despite full payment.
Haiqi Equipment seeks contract termination, refund, penalties and legal fees of about 92.2 million yuan.
Shares of the road transportation services company closed 1% lower Thursday.
