CITIC Resources Holdings (HKG:1205) reported a 3.8% increase in profit attributable to shareholders for 2024 to HK$572.6 million from HK$551.8 million a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share were HK$0.0729 compared to HK$0.0702 from the prior year.
Revenue saw a surge of 148.3% to HK$9.49 billion from HK$3.82 billion a year earlier.
The Board proposed a final dividend of HK$0.0260 per ordinary share, subject to approval and payable on or around July 17.
The company's shares were up 7% in the recent trading.
