Pfizer to Reportedly Offload Remaining Stake in Haleon via Share Sale

Pfizer (PFE) is looking to offload the remaining 7.3% it owns in Haleon through a share sale, according to media reports Tuesday.

Pfizer will reportedly sell about 662 million shares in Haleon to institutional investors with Haleon agreeing to buy $220 million worth of those shares, according to Reuters.

The shares will reportedly be priced via an accelerated bookbuilding process.

Pfizer and Haleon did not immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
