智通财经APP讯，银城国际控股(01902)发布公告，于2025年3月14日，公司接获联交所的函件，表示联交所上市委员会认为公司并无履行任何复牌指引，亦未能于2025年3月3日届满日期前恢复股份的买卖，并决定根据上市规则第6.01A (1)条取消公司上市地位。
股份的最后上市日期为2025年3月28日并将于2025年3月31日上午九时正起取消股份上市地位。
由于股份的上市地位将于2025年3月31日上午九时正起取消，而公司其后将不再受上市规则第3.28条有关委任公司秘书的规定所限，区泳娴已提呈辞任公司秘书及上市规则第3.05条项下的授权代表，自2025年3月24日起生效。
