Minsheng Healthcare's Chairman Proposes Share Buyback

Hangzhou Minsheng Healthcare's (SHE:301507) chairman, Zhu Fujian, proposed to repurchase company shares to be used as stock incentives, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Friday.

About 0.36% to 0.41% of the medical products manufacturer's shares, equivalent to between 1.3 million and 1.5 million shares, will be bought back within 12 months after the approval of the board of directors.
