Emerald Resources NL (ASX:EMR) cut its gold production guidance at its Okvau gold mine in Cambodia for the March quarter to about 20,000 ounces, from its previous production guidance of 25,000 ounces to 30,000 ounces, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The reduction in guidance is due to limited earthmoving equipment access and restricted ore access in the latter part of the quarter.
The company said that it expects production for the next three quarters at the upper end of the guidance of 25,000 ounces to 30,000 ounces at an AISC of $900 per ounce to $1,000 per ounce.
For the fiscal year ending June 30, Emerald Resources said it expects production of 105,000 ounces to 115,000 ounces at an AISC of $900 per ounce to $1,000 per ounce.
The mining firm maintained its production guidance of 110,000 ounces to 125,000 ounces at an AISC of $966 per ounce for fiscal 2026.
