Ninestar to Sell Subsidiary to Xerox for Up to $150 Million; Ninestar Shares Rose 4%

Ninestar (SHE:002180) plans to offload subsidiary Lexmark International II to US-listed printing products maker Xerox, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Thursday.

The transaction price is estimated to be between $75 million and $150 million, with the final price to be based on Lexmark's latest operational status.

The disposal will be made through the Chinese printing company's subsidiary, Ninestar Group.

The company's shares dropped less than 4% in recent trade.
