Dow Jones03-26

By Josh Beckerman

Shares of ODP will be removed from the S&P SmallCap 600 on April 2.

ODP's market capitalization is no longer representative of the small-cap market space, S&P Dow Jones Indices said Wednesday. As of the close of trading on Tuesday the company had a market cap of $436.8 million.

Shares of ODP were down 2% after hours Wednesday to $14.52.

The owner of Office Depot and OfficeMax has sought to expand beyond office supplies. Its ODP Business Solutions business has been expanding into the hospitality industry.

S&P said Angi will join the S&P SmallCap 600. Cava Group will replace Altair Engineering, which was sold to Siemens, in the S&P MidCap 400 on March 31.
