Phoslock Environmental Technologies (ASX:PET) is working closely with its legal advisors on ways to recover costs as the first prospective respondent in a legal proceeding filed by Levitt Robinson, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Earlier this month, the Federal Court dismissed the proceeding and ordered the prospective applicants to pay the costs of the prospective respondents, per the filing.
A separate group proceeding filed by Banton Group remains ongoing.
