** Media/internet firm IAC IAC.O set to spin off its majority stake in ANGI

** Office Depot and OfficeMax owner ODP's market cap is "no longer representative of the small-cap market space," S&P Dow Jones Indices said

** ODP shares down 2% at $14.52 on very thin premarket trading

** Angi currently has ~50 mln shares outstanding for ~$821 mln market cap, LSEG data shows

** Through Weds close, ANGI shares have lost roughly ~40% over the past 12 months
