Deutsche Bank Names Raja Akram as CFO

Deutsche Bank (DB) said Thursday it appointed Raja Akram as its next chief financial officer.

Akram will join the bank on Oct. 1, and will succeed James von Moltke after a transition period, the company said.

Moltke will not seek another term when his contract expires in June 2026, Deutsche Bank added.

Akram most recently served as deputy CFO at Morgan Stanley (MS).
