Vertex Minerals' (ASX:VTX) ordinary shares started trading on the OTCQB Venture Market in the US under the ticker symbol VTXXF, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The dual-listing provides investors with improved trading accessibility and increased liquidity due to a wider geographic reach of potential shareholders, the filing said.
The OTCQB facility will not impact the ability to trade in the company's existing shares on the Australian Securities Exchange, and no new ordinary shares have been issued, per the filing.
Shares fell 4% in midday trade Monday.
