Chongqing Water Group (SHA:601158) posted 2024 net profit attributable to shareholders of 785.1 million yuan, down 28% from 1.09 billion yuan the previous year.
Earnings per share declined to 0.16 yuan from 0.23 yuan, according to a filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The water supplier's revenue slipped 3.5% year over year to 7.00 billion yuan from 7.25 billion yuan.
Chongqing Water Group declared a dividend of 0.131 yuan per share.
Shares of the company were down 2% in recent trade.
