Net sales for the quarter ended Feb. 28 were $365.5 million, up from $284.8 million a year earlier.

The company said it expects fiscal 2025 non-GAAP diluted EPS of $1.60, plus or minus $0.10, versus prior outlook of $1.50, plus or minus $0.20. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.58. The company also expects net sales growth for the year of 17%, plus or minus 3%, versus prior growth guidance of 15%, plus or minus 5%.
Shares of Penguin Solutions were up 6.9% in after-hours activity.
