Journey Medical Names Alloush COO

Journey Medical has named Ramsey Alloush, currently its general counsel, to be its chief operating officer.

Alloush, who will continue to serve as general counsel, joined Journey Medical in 2020, the pharmaceutical company said Tuesday.

As general counsel Alloush helped guide the company through its initial public offering in 2021. Prior to that, he advised biopharmaceutical companies on corporate transactions and securities matters. He also served as a legal fellow at the Securities and Exchange Commission focusing on enforcement matters.

Journey Medical primarily focuses on marketing and selling Food and Drug Administration-approved prescription pharmaceutical products to treat dermatological conditions.
