Pharma Stocks Tumble After Trump Floats Tariffs on Industry -- Market Talk

0723 GMT - Pharma stocks take a hit in early morning European trade after U.S. President Trump said at a Tuesday dinner with House Republicans that tariffs on pharmaceuticals will be imposed very shortly. British AstraZeneca and GSK slump 3.9% and 2.8%, respectively. Swiss Roche and Novartis fall 4.8% and 4.1%, respectively. French Sanofi is down 4.5%. (helena.smolak@wsj.com)
