** U.S.-listed shares of TSMC up 2%, AMD AMD.O up 0.5%, Qualcomm QCOM.O up 0.9%, Broadcom AVGO.O up 0.3%

** INTC closed more than 3% lower at $19.23 on Wednesday

** As of last close, INTC down 4% YTD
