Openlane has named Brad Herring as the company's next chief financial officer, effective May 27.

Herring, 55, joins the auto marketplace company from Enfusion, where he was CFO since 2022. He succeeds Brad Lakhia, who resigned from the Carmel, Ind.-based company in March.

"Brad's stable leadership and diverse experiences are just what we need to advance our strategy while delivering the very best results," Chief Executive Peter Kelly said.

Herring also served as CFO for other fintech companies, including Elavon and the digital banking group of Fiserv, as well as other executive roles at Equifax.
