Okta to Replace Berry Global on S&P MidCap 400

Okta (OKTA) said Monday that it will replace Berry Global (BERY) on the S&P MidCap 400, effective Thursday.

This comes as S&P 500 constituent Amcor (AMCR) is acquiring Berry in a deal expected to close soon, the company said.
