南非汇市：兰特下跌，因中美贸易协议提振美元路透约翰内斯堡5月12日 - 南非兰特周一走软，受美元大幅走强和黄金价格下跌拖累，此前美国和中国宣布达成削减关税协议。
该协议提振了金融市场前景，导致投资者抛售黄金等避险资产，黄金价格下跌了3%。
1355 GMT，兰特兑美元 ZAR=D3 报18.30，比上周五收盘价下跌0.5%。
"中美之间的贸易进展表明人们对美国资产重新产生了兴趣......，"IG 高级市场分析师Shaun Murison说："这有助于一直低迷的美元回升。"
