Damon shares, which traded below one cent in the days before an April 29 Nasdaq halt, will resume trading Nasdaq for one day on Monday.

Damon, whose products include electric motorcycles, said it won't appeal a Nasdaq delisting determination and expects shares to start trading on the OTC Pink Current Market on Tuesday.

Nasdaq halted trading on April 29 pending receipt of additional information. Damon said April 30 that Nasdaq staff expressed concerns about a securities issuance due to substantial dilution for shareholders.
