GAN (GAN) said Monday Sega Sammy is close to procuring all gaming regulatory approvals needed to complete its acquisition of GAN via its Sega Sammy Creation unit.
GAN said it expects to close the merger May 27.
Shares were up about 3.7% in after-hours activity.
