Cresco Labs Inc. (CSE:CL) (OTCQX:CRLBF) (FSE: 6CQ) ("Cresco" or "Company"), announced today that it will file its first quarter interim financial statements and MD&A on Friday, May 30, 2025.

Over the past three weeks, the Company has worked closely with its independent auditors to complete their review of the financial statements. The Company is pleased to report that the review was completed with no material changes from what was prepared for presentation on May 9(th) and looks forward to hosting a conference call and webcast to discuss its financial results.
