** Shares of U.S. natural gas companies down, tracking fall in natgas futures NGA/

** U.S. natgas futures NGc1 down 1% at $3.52 per million British thermal units

** Natural gas prices eased over 1%, as forecasts for less demand than previously expected this week offset forecasts for more demand next week

** Shares of natgas companies: Williams Companies WMB.N down 1% and New Fortress Energy NFE.O falls 8.3%

** EQT Corp EQT.N, Cheniere Energy LNG.N and Energy Transfer ET.N — all down marginally

** ETFs — United States Natural Gas Fund UNG.P and ProShares Ultra Bloomberg Natural Gas BOIL.P fall 1% and 2%, respectively
