Auntea Jenny Receives HK$39 Million in Additional Proceeds from Overallotment Option

Auntea Jenny (HKG:2589) received HK$38.9 million in additional net proceeds from its initial public offering after its overall coordinators fully exercised the overallotment option of its initial public offering.

The company issued an additional 361,680 H shares for HK$113.12 apiece, according to a Sunday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Following the exercise of the overallotment option, the number of H shares issued under the global offering increased to 2,773,020, or 2.64% of the enlarged share capital of the company, from 2,411,340, or 2.30% of the enlarged issued share capital, the filing said.

The stabilization period for the tea drink maker also ended Sunday, the filing said.
