Communications-services companies were flat amid concerns about the potential of a U.S. strike on Iran.

Oil futures are already trading above $75 a barrel, and a continued spike could weigh on high-risk sectors.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a statement that Trump would sign an additional Executive Order this week to keep TikTok up and running, giving the Chinese social network another 90-day reprieve.
