NARI Technology (SHA:600406) has elevated Zheng Zongqiang to chairman from vice chairman, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange filing on Tuesday.
Following his appointment, Zheng relinquished his role as general manager of the electrical equipment manufacturer.
He will also serve as the convener of the board's strategic committee, science and technology innovation committee, and environmental, social, and governance committee.
