The former child actress bought her first house when she was 21 years old
Sabrina Carpenter looks set to spend yet another summer dominating the charts, having just released a new single, "Manchild," while also announcing the upcoming debut of her new album, "Man's Best Friend."
While her single is already rocketing up the charts-echoing the sensational performances of her 2024 summer hits "Espresso" and "Please Please Please"-the 26-year-old Pennsylvania native wowed fans even further when she revealed that she will cap off the warm-weather season by releasing a new album at the end of August.
The Disney Channel $(DIS)$ alum took to Instagram to reveal that, amidst her "Short n' Sweet" tour and her Grammy wins, she has still found time to hit the recording studio, telling fans of her August 29 release: "I can't wait for it to be yours."
She later told Rolling Stone that she was relishing the run-up to the record's debut, because people can't criticize what they haven't heard.
"I'm living in the glory of no one hearing it or knowing about it, and so I can not care," she said. "I can not give a f-k about it, because I'm just so excited."
Carpenter's quick rise to music superstardom is one that many date back to 2024, when her hit singles seemed to dominate every platform, from radio and streaming to social media-and even "Saturday Night Live."
Her success on the charts has helped her to rack up a number of lucrative deals with brands like Skims, Aéropostale, Converse, Samsung (KR:005930), and Scent Beauty.
However, before she made it big in music, the starlet had already amassed an impressive fortune through her work as a child actress, starring in a number of kid-friendly projects, most notably, "Girl Meets World," the sequel to the hit Disney series "Boy Meets World."

This on-screen success helped her to make an early venture into the real estate market, providing her with enough income to snap up her first property at the tender age of 21.
Since then, her property portfolio has gone from strength to strength, and while she might not yet have a collection impressive enough to rival that of Taylor Swift, Carpenter is well on her way to becoming one of Hollywood's hottest real estate moguls.
With an estimated net worth of $12 million, there's no doubt that the blonde bombshell has many more property purchases in her future-particularly if her new album mirrors the success of her last.
As she is set to sweep the charts with her new hits, Realtor.com has lifted the lid on her show-stopping property portfolio.
