Damon Technology Group (SHA:688360) signed a cooperation agreement with Shanghai Zhiyuan Xinchuang Technology to develop smart robot technology for the logistics sector, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.
The Chinese conveyor and conveying equipment manufacturer will collaborate with humanoid intelligent robot manufacturer Zhiyuan Xinchuang Tech to set up humanoid robot data collection centers, as well as research and develop components for humanoid robots.
Damon's shares slipped less than 2% in recent trade.
