SATS (SGX:S58) granted shares under its restricted and performance share plans, according to a late Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company awarded 10,647,112 shares under its restricted share plan at SG$3.02 per share and 1,211,099 shares under its performance share plan at SG$3.02 per share.
The restricted share plan will vest equally over a three-year period.
Shares of the company were up under 1% in early morning trading.
