Lotus Health Group (SHA:600186) said indirect subsidiary Lianhua Zixing will sell four intelligent computing servers to Shenzhen Jieyi Technology for 4.2 million yuan.
The payment will be made in two stages, with 10% upfront and 90% after inspection, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of the agriculture products company rose 1% in recent trade.
